Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Time
We work with partner warehouses across the US and Asia to bring you authentic Korean beauty products, so delivery times vary by destination:
- US & Canada (warehouse-fulfilled items): 5-10 business days
- International destinations: 7-20 business days
Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Lost or Missing Packages
